Document Checks

We review submitted documents for completeness and consistency. Your lawyer remains responsible for all legal due diligence.

On-Chain Transparency

Every escrow action is recorded on Ethereum Mainnet. Balances and signatures are publicly verifiable at any time.

The Closing Process

Engage Counsel

Buyer works with independent Panamanian counsel. During the pilot, this is usually one of our partner firms who already understand the Transverra escrow flow. Buyers with existing lawyers can introduce us to explore fit.

Escrow Setup

Transverra creates a dedicated Safe multisig wallet for this deal.

Fund the Escrow

Buyer sends USDC to the escrow wallet. We run KYC and basic source-of-funds checks.

Legal Closing

Your lawyer completes the Panama closing process and confirms when the deed is transferred.

Funds Released

We coordinate conversion to USD and wire proceeds to the seller or law firm's trust account.
