Foreign Buyers

  • Pay with USDC from your own wallet
  • Avoid slow international wires
  • Transparent, on-chain escrow

Sellers

  • Receive clean USD wire at closing
  • Funds verified before title transfer
  • No crypto knowledge required

Panamanian Lawyers

  • Keep full control of the legal process
  • We handle the payment infrastructure
  • On-chain audit trail for documentation

Cross-Border Payments Are Slow and Opaque

International wire transfers can take days, face compliance holds, and leave everyone wondering where the money is.

Wire Delays

SWIFT transfers can take days or weeks, delaying closings.

Seller Hesitancy

Sellers and law firms often can't accept crypto directly.

Lack of Visibility

Both parties lack real-time visibility into fund status.

What Transverra Provides

"Transverra is the payment and documentation layer that sits alongside independent counsel. We are not a law firm, not a broker, and do not provide legal or tax advice."

The 3-Step Process

A simple, secure process from start to finish.

1

Step 1 – Engage Counsel

Work with an independent Panamanian lawyer. During our pilot, that usually means choosing from one of our partner firms who already know the Transverra escrow flow.

2

Step 2 – Fund Escrow in USDC

We set up a dedicated Safe (multisig) escrow wallet. You send USDC from your own wallet while we handle KYC and basic source-of-funds checks.

3

Step 3 – Close & Get Paid in USD

Your lawyer completes the normal Panama closing. Once conditions are met, we convert USDC to USD and wire funds to the seller (or your lawyer's client account) in Panama.

Example: $200,000 Apartment in Panama City

Buyer (US/Europe)

Has USDC on Ethereum. Wants to buy a titled apartment but doesn't want to wire $200K to a stranger.

Sends 200,000 USDC to Escrow

Seller (Panama)

Wants USD in their Panama bank account. Needs proof funds are locked before transferring title.

Receives USD wire upon closing

How Transverra fits in

We hold the USDC in escrow during the legal closing process. Once the lawyer confirms the deed is transferred, we convert to USD and wire to the seller's Panama bank account.

Safe Multisig — Transparent and Verifiable

We use Safe, the industry standard for securing digital assets on Ethereum.

  • Multi-Signature Security3 of 4 signers must approve any fund movement.
  • On-Chain TransparencyVerify balances and signers on Etherscan anytime.
  • Non-CustodialTransverra cannot unilaterally move funds.
